Abstract:As suggested by the title of this paper, the author focuses on the fundamental concepts of systems research, its historical background and knowledge structure. He discusses achievements of the systems science made in the ancient and modern times. The author pays a closerlook at different aspects of the systems knowledge, the philosophy and the current situation and provides a list of established schools of systemic thoughts. He inquires into the position of systems studied in the scientific history. The paper concludes with a description about the future of the systems science and a list of some open problems.

Abstract:According to the requirements of altiplano airport and the prohibition of a fighter to down landing-gear above 4000 meters, this paper makes research on the problems of the safe altitude of down landing-gear. The secure model of man-aircraft closed-loop system is given by means of mapkob model .Aviation risk of down landing-gear above 4000 meters is valued basing on calculation and analysis, special secure control methods are proposed .The theoretical results accord with the simulating flight and the real test.

Abstract:A new optimal guidance law is presented on the basis of the simplified missile-target attacking model. The maneuvering targets acceleration and uncertainty of the measurement system has been considered by using Kalman filter theory and a comparative simulation is done on the same conditions for proportional navigation (PN), argument proportional navigation (APN) and optimal guidance law (OGL) respectively to show the optimality of the conclusions.

Abstract:Coordinate transformation (C-T) is an important link in the formation processing of air-defense C3I. The transformation from spherical surface coordinate of radar's station to right-angle coordinates of the command center is fulfilled through the earth-centered coordinates, which makes the conversion to the location directly, overcomes the error maybe produced from the processing of C-T. The detailed derivation process and transformation method are given out Considering the effects of the curvature of the earth's surface, the analysis and compensation for the errors are carried through and several methods for the error estimating are brought out.

Abstract:In the Ka-band satellite communications, signal fading caused by rain reduces service quality of satellite links, and open-loop uplink power control is one of the most cost-effective rain fade countermeasure technique. In this paper, an identification method to the real time clear-sky reference level is presented,it alleviates affects of rapid variations in rain intensity. The specific realized circuits of fade estimation are studied in detail, and the fade estimation is a key part in open-loop uplink power control algorithm .

Abstract:Secure communications method for higher level of information signal based on chaotic modulation is proposed. In this method, because the level of information signal can be equivalent to the level of chaotic signal, the degree of security is high. At the receiving end, an Adaline maintains the chaotic synchronization of transmitting and receiving systems and simultaneously recovers information signal. Abstract:The variations in the delayed time in time delay systems will worsen control quality.For the control of this kind of system,a parameter self-adapting Fuzzy-Gray predictive control algorithm with intelligent integration is presented.It synthesizes the advantages both of the fuzzy control and of the gray predication.The delayed time is identified by neural network to adjust the parameter of the gray predication online.Simulation result shows that this control strategy can overcome the variation in the delayed time and is in response both to the dynamic and the static characteristic of time delay system.What is more,it features a small overshoot,quick response and high static precision.
