Abstract:The optimal post - stall maneuver model is put forward based on nonlinear point - mass aircraft dynamics.A numerica1 procedure on optimization of minimum - time maneuver is then established , in which a punishment function is.defined to handle the constraints , and the conjugate gradient method is employed to search for the optimal solution. The result shows that entering deep post - stall region and rolling around velocity vector can he1p to change flight path reorientation rapidly in within -visual-range air combat. It also shows that energy lost must be taken into account in post - stall maneuvers.

Abstract:This paper reviews the concept , principle , and the architecture of Integrated Maintenance Information System. Based on the concept of IMIS , this paper discusses some promising functions making use of maintenance information fusion , presents the purposes and tasks of information fusion on different hierarchical level. Abstract:Aiming at the limitation of the traditional RPV dynamic control system,an adaptive fuzzy control strategy of the RPV engine is put forward. We produce an adaptive fuzzy controller which can control wind - gate and oilgate for the working points of the RPV engine in the flight eontrol computer and put it into a two dimension inquired table. After getting present information on the state of the engine by a sensor , we inquire the table by software , at the same time we can get the accurate out - put controlled variable simply by transiting factors. In this way we can achieve the closed - loop control of the engine.

Abstract:Fuzziness and randomness are two different uncertainties , and often axist in one engineering problem.Based on the possibility theory ,a procedure for reliability calculation of the structures that contain both random variables and fuzzy variables is presented in the paper. The possibility distribution of fuzzy failure probabilily of structures can be given by the proposed model. Being different from some common models , the failure probability of fuzzy-random structures is taken as fuzzy variable , which may indicate the real safety state of structures objectively.The computations of examples illustrate the feasibility and application of the proposed method.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the original LCC model,a method is given for incorporating the effects of built-in test (BIT) into the life cycle cost of a given electronic system. An improved LCC model is given that captures the savings achieved by BIT through reducing the maintenance times , complexity of extemal test equipment , personnel skill levels , amount of spare parts , and the need for preventive maintenance. The model also includes such design considerations as false alarms , diagnostic errors , undetected faults , BIT hardware failures , and diagnostic ambiguity.

Abstract:The investigation of the power efficiency of the linear Gm - C integrator and the log - domain integrator is given. It is shown that log- domain filters are better suited for low-power signal processing at low supply voltages. The simulations show that the log -domain integrator has lower distortion than the linear Gm - C integrator. The log-domain circuits are appropriate for the filter designs with the low-voltage ,low -power, high frequency and low distortion.

It has the characteristics of the small volume , light weight , high aperture efficiency and low wide-angle minor lobe and so on. Abstract:Based on evolutionary programming, a novel algorithm for designing the topology and weight distributions of feedforward networks is proposed. This algorithm can evolve network architectures and connect weights( including biases) simultaneously and produce very compact networks. It can escape from structure local minima due to its global search capability. The effectiveness of this algorithm has been confirmed by the simulation results.

Abstract:In this paper , a method is put forward , by which the test for fault appeanance is organrically combined with mending strategy and the method of diagnosing more than one fault is realized through building a test-fault-mend relation model. Abstract:A new bivariate cubic interpolation spline function over triangles is given by the introduction of new interpolation basic functions on triangles , and it possesses continuity and the parameters on the net points can be determined by a transmission formula. In the authors ' opinion , the method in this paper have the advantages of small calculation ,fewer parameters and the parameters can be obtained very easily by using a transmission formula in stead of the Farins' split - triangle interpolante method , thus the new method is easy to use in CAD.

Abstract:In this paper , a new theory called the theory of error contrast is put forward to solve the question of intercross confusion in identification and classification of neural network. The result of analysis shows this method is accurate and reliable through the example of identification of TBM and bait based on BP network. This method can solve the fuzzy question in classification of neural network.
