The present airplanes in different grades of airports are chose as design airplanes in the paper. The soil is divided into three grades by lowest value of soil modulus and the dividing principle of soil modulus. It is clear that the range of designing parameters of pavement on the Standardized Structure is achieved based on statistic analysis for test values of the modulus and strength on expressway in China. The Standardized Structure can be calculated on the basis of designing method specified in in China.
