    Abstract:

    An improved watershed segmentation method in spatial segmentation is used. In the method the multi-scale morphological operator is used, which has very strong anti-noise capability to obtain the image grads and modify the processing element in conventional immerging model. As a result, the calculation efficiency is greatly increased and the over-segmentation is also restrained. By fusing spatial and temporal results the borderline is located and the moving foreground object is segmented.
