Based on the definition of weapon system effectiveness, aircraft structural effectiveness is defined and the relationships among its relative elements are analyzed. Then the model for aircraft structural effectiveness is established. The contents of comprehensive design of aircraft structural effectiveness, such as availability, dependability, inherent capability, and comprehensive characteristics of effectiveness and cost, are demonstrated.
