The method of the Reassignment for suppressing the cross-terms is introduced in this paper. With this method and WHT, a new Time - frequency distribution - RWHT is proposed. The results of computer simulation show and verify the validity of the distribution in suppressing the cross-terms and improving the detection capability of Time - frequency Distribution.
