Main factors influencing the laid-off of weapon equipment are analyzed. The models for estimating these factors are given. Using the method of fuzzy classification, the laid-off model of surface-to-air missile is analyzed which provides a quantitative analysis means for the decision on the laid-off of surface-to-air missiles.
