A comprehensive decision model of type proof for ground to air missile is established based on minimum average weighted deviation method, which is proved under the rule of system effectiveness, cost, development cycle and risk, and of whether objective weight is clear or not. The model provides a kind of quantitative analysis technology for type decision makers.
