Based on the fact that testing times are limited in manufacturing of weapon systems, this paper introduces a method of verifying the mean-square-error in the analysis of experimental data in small-sample circumstances. And the method is applied to the analysis and evaluation of rocket weapon system's firing accuracy. The example verifies that the method is correct and precise.
