The paper discusses designing method of generating 13 channel pulse waveforms with the ISP(In System Programmable) device and the working principle of the detailed circuit, meanwhile it also discusses the working principle of the high voltage bootstrap pulse power amplifying circuit which consists of special driving chip IR2110 of MOS transistor.
