    摘要:

    针对制冷剂充注量影响蒸发制冷循环系统工作性能的问题,建立了飞机蒸发制冷循环系统一维仿真模型,计算并分析了飞行包线范围内不同温度下制冷剂充注量对压缩机转速、压缩机排气特性、压缩机功耗 和制冷性能系数(COP)及过冷度的影响。结果表明,无论是过充还是欠充均会对系统性能产生不利影响。在不同环境温度下,压缩机最小功耗与系统最大COP对应的最佳充注量存在差异,并随环境温度上升而增大。此外,过冷度被认为是评估最佳制冷剂充注量的关键指标,其稳定段仅与充注量相关,且在该范围内,不同工况条件下的压缩机功耗和系统COP均处于较好的性能。该研究结果对飞机蒸发制冷循环系统最佳制冷剂充注量的确定提供了依据。

    Abstract:

    A one-dimensional simulation model is established in aircraft evaporative cooling cycle system with the impact of refrigerant charge being exerted on the performance in evaporative cooling cycle system. The paper calculates and analyzes the effects of refrigerant charge on compressor speed, compressor discharge characteristics, compressor power consumption, COP (coefficient of performance), and sub-cooling degree at different temperatures within the flight envelope. The results show that whether to over charge or undercharge exerts all an unfavorable influence on the performance of system. At different ambient temperatures, there are differences in the optimal charge amounts corresponding to the minimum com pressor power consumption and the maximum system COP in increasing with the rise at ambient temperature. In addition, the sub-cooling degree is regarded as a key indicator for evaluating the optimal refrigerant charge amount, whose stable section is only related to the charge amount within the range. The com pressor power consumption and the system COP under different working conditions are good in performance. The research results provide a basis for determining the optimal refrigerant charge flow in the aircraft evaporative refrigeration cycle system.
