This paper uses the theory of analyzing fuzzy set and sets up a model of fuzzy synthetic judgment about equipment overhaul price. And the factors affecting the equipment overhaul price are explained and quantified. An example of calculating the equipment overhaul price is provided, and the result is analyzed, which provide theoretical basis for the price fixing department of equipment maintenance to make decision.
