In this paper, the effectiveness evaluating index system of equipment maintenance support system is established. The index method is employed in the effectiveness analysis of the three key parts included in the system - maintenance detective system, spare part support system and corrective technical equipment support system, and a model of equipment maintenance support system effectiveness evaluation is designed. The model is helpful to evaluating the effectiveness of equipment maintenance support system completely, concretely and deciding its maintenance support level easily and rapidly.
