This paper analyzes the PS mode configuration timing and configuration files of FPGA from ALTERA Company, presents a design thought of FPGA dynamic configuration based on PCI bus, simultaneously studies the dynamically configurable PCI adaptor card circuit, designs a configurable state machine and gives out the configuration flow.
