In view of the positive and negative ideal plans, a comprehensive evaluation model of missile performance in tactic and technology is established, based on the gray correlation degree and taking regard to TOPSIS method. At the same time, the concrete course is illustrated during the analysis of the problem. Finally, the practical calculation shows that the model is feasible in evaluating missile performance.
