This paper has introduced some basic concepts about QoS , and the several techniques , such as Integrated Services , Differentiated Services and MPLS of QoS. Their advantages and disadvantages are also compared. Finally , the traffic engineering and the unsolved problems about guaranteeing QoS of Intemet services are mentioned.
