This paper introduces the function of ATM switchingnet , test method of its fundamental parameter , and builds test environment of ATM switching net. By means of this test environment , debugging hard circuit of 8 x 8 ATM switching net , and testing its fundamental function and electrical parameter , the result is satisfactory. This paper plays an important role in practicality of ATM technology.
